REIKI LEVEL ONE WORKSHOP
Traditional USUI SHIKI RYOHO Reiki
Reiki Level 1 workshop is all about you. It can be seen as a first aid tool, something that can be used whenever and where ever you need it. Reiki Level 1 is for anyone, you don’t have to be spiritual or have a desire to become a practitioner and help others in a profesional capacity. It is easy to learn, and once you are attuned to the Reiki Energy you have a tool that is powerful, but gentle in your hands. Just by placing your hands on yourself the energy will flow, healing and relaxing you. It can help when you are feeling stressed, bringing you into a state of calm or release you from the pain of a headache or muscle tension. Using Reiki at night may help you to relax and fall asleep. What can be better than that? You can also use the reiki energy to help your family and friends. It’s a very loving thing to do and as you are channelling the energy you get to benefit too.
REIKI LEVEL TWO WORKSHOP
Traditional USUI SHIKI RYOHO Reiki
The Reiki level II is a workshop where you will learn sacred Reiki symbols that enable you to assist with deep mental/emotional healing and give distant healing.
This is a relaxed workshop with plenty of time to learn the symbols and to practise using the symbols both for distant healing and mental/emotional healing. There will also be an opportunity to try out the wider application of the symbols such as clearing rooms, grounding and clearing and empowering crystals.
