Meet Vicki……

Vicki is a Natural Health and Wellness practitioner who is passionate about supporting individuals to overcome physical and emotional challenges. After years of suffering her own emotional torment, and as an Occupational Therapist witnessing the pain experienced by her clients and their families, she became driven to find ways to help others face and overcome their challenges.  Vicki now guides and supports clients to achieve deep levels of relaxation, increased awareness and understanding, releasing blocks to healing and changing negative beliefs. She gently motivates individuals to take action, using a variety of tools and information to create the changes desired.

Occupational Therapy training encouraged her to work in an holistic way, working with the ‘whole person’. The approach has to be flexible and requires creative problem solving strategies. These skills ensure that each session with a client is based on their unique needs, and is adapted as the person changes.

Wanting to support her clients at a deeper level, Vicki completed training in Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. She moved to Canada, becoming a Natural Health and Wellness practitioner. Vicki continued her training in a wide variety of healing modalities, including Reiki, Thought Field Therapy, Quantum Touch, Integrated Energy Therapy and Hypnosis. Learning about the power of thoughts and beliefs on perceptions and ultimately on our experience of life was a revelation. Sharing this information to create understanding and increase awareness has acted as a powerful motivator for change and action.

Vicki has always believed that her life’s purpose was to support and help others, and this was confirmed during her extensive training and working with clients. Combining intuitive skills, training and experience she supports, compassionately guides and motivates clients to create changes in their lives. Helping them identify issues and blocks that are stopping them achieving their desired goals, enabling them to manage and release physical and emotional pain. Guiding them to reconnect with the light within and become aware of the ‘you’ within, which finally allows them to be free to live the connected, supported, guided, loving life desired, knowing and accepting all aspects of self and being free to be their authentic self!

OTHER THINGS ABOUT VICKI

At the age of 11 I decided to become a doctor. I did all the relevant courses in school and even had a place at medical school but in my teens I got very depressed and failed my exams. Even during my depression I felt that I was being watch over and kept safe. I’ve always known I was here to help others and throughout my life I have been guided to places, opportunities, people and more that were right for me.

When medicine was no longer an option I was guided to Occupational Therapy and that turned out to be the perfect thing for me. Whilst at college I met and later married my soulmate.

He joined the army and we spent the next 22 years moving around to different places. We had two children and I worked as an Occupational Therapist. I continued my education, completing a psychology degree and a masters degree. I  had the opportunity to manage and develop OT services, guide and train staff and students and well as support patients in hospital and the community to be as independent as possible. eventually we moved to Canada in 2000 .

My  grown up daughters moved to Canada with us and we now have two grandchildren.

We have 2 cats and 2 dogs, our princess Cooper, who is a bulldog and has many health issues and our big puppy, a bernadoodle, (who is ten months and 100lbs!).

I love being in nature, spending time in the garden, baking and being creative but my passion is helping, supporting, guiding others to heal themselves and witnessing amazing changes.
