THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY®

Thought Field Therapy® was discovered and developed by Clinical Psychologist, Dr Roger Callahan.

TFT is a simple technique for resolving emotional and psychological issues. It utilizes acupressure points, which the client activates by simply tapping them with the fingertips while thinking about the specific problem.

This has the capacity of disabling and often completely eliminating unpleasant emotional and physical responses. By tapping on the acupressure points of the body in a certain order to relieve traumas, phobias, anger, rage, guilt, anxiety, physical pain and other problems.

Thought Field Therapy has been recognized by the National Registry of Evidence-based Programs and Practices (NREPP) in the United States as an effective Tapping Therapy.

Thought Field Therapy(TFT) is a technique for the rapid relief of all kinds of emotional distress. It works like acupuncture, without the needles, stimulating the body’s energy meridians to resolve problems with the body’s emotional control system. The person taps on various parts of the body with their fingers.

The results are amazing as emotional problems often disappear in minutes.

TFT SESSIONS

The session starts by discussing which areas of healing you wish to focus on.

During the session we will identify a problem or challenge that you wish to work on. Then while thinking of this problem you tap on a series of points on the body in a precise order.  Afterwards you will be provided with your individual tapping sequence for you to continue to use on your own. People often feel immediate relief!

TFT PLUS SESSIONS

TFT PLUS SESSIONS

These are powerful sessions which are longer and often include other techniques, tools or exercises. This enables issues to be explored more deeply and often reveals blocks or areas that might be related to the problem or challenge being experienced.

A COMPLEMENTARY HOLISTIC THERAPY

Thought Field Therapy is complementary to other healing arts and can be used alone or in combination with other holistic or traditional approaches to accelerate your self-healing journey.  However, TFT is not a replacement for traditional medical approaches.
